Ms. Lily Bengfort holds an M.B.A. from Loyola College of Maryland and completed the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer program at University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Communications Society, Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, and the Intelligent Transportation Systems Society. Ms. Bengfort also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore. Ms. Bengfort received a Maryland Achievement Award and Smart CEO Magazine’s Bravo Business Achievement Award presented to the Top 25 Smart Women in Maryland.
Ms. Bengfort has over 20 years of business management, strategic planning, marketing & public relations, financial management, development, and public policy experience. Her mantra: think big, move fast, and implement smart, shapes the actions of CenGen as a corporate entity. Mr. Tim Krout holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and has over 20 years of technical and Project Management experience on numerous R&D efforts through federal and commercial research and development programs.
A highly competent and experienced engineer, Mr. Krout serves as CenGen’s Vice President of Engineering, managing and directing all of our programs. He provided direct program management and technical support to the DARPA Grand Challenge, the Defense against Cyber Attacks and the Information Assurance Mobile Ad-hoc wireless Network (DCA and IA MANET) programs, and to SOCOM Ad-hoc Wireless Networks. Furthermore, he acted as Principal Engineer for the Marine Corps CONDOR program, CB MANET, and the Boeing Voice and Application Support contracts.
Comfortable in both the lab and the field, interested in the bottom line and not red tape, Tim Krout exemplifies doing what is necessary to get the job done right.
