CONDOR Goal



The goal of CONDOR is to enhance situational awareness for maneuvering elements while on the move (OTM) and to provide a communications path to higher headquarters that is not constrained by lone-of-sight (LOS) limitations and operates OTM. CONDOR capability sets include a Gateway which is a tactical vehicle providing over the horizon (OTH) and on the move (OTM) digital communications to a maneuvering EPLRS data community; a CONDOR Point of Presence Vehicle (PoP-V) which is a tactical “Point of Presence” Vehicle providing OTH and OTM digital communications with TDRs and a CONDOR Jump C2 Variant (JC2-V).
